FF Cheesecake?

Anyone ever made these? How'd it turn out?


What about protein pancakes? Something about frying protein powder that just leaves me to believe it's killing it nutrient content............can you do them without oats?

The guy is my brother, the guy I live vicariously though, since I'm too tall to compete anymore...........I'm sure he'll be totally flattered...........

Very similiar......hell, we are brothers.........however, he's stronger than I am, but gets much fatter in the off-season....I'm more vascular and like to stay lean year-round, since i don't compete......I got him in the arm category, but he kills me in calf, quad, and neck measurements.......point being, he's better than I.....damn, I hope he doesn't read this, since I'm his elder by 4 years...ya know...ego thang.....


I'd still kick his ass.........
