few questions about routine/cardio

Hey guys, just a few quick questions about the new routine I just wrote up for offseason. I wanna get your opinions about the routine and what you think about cardio.

Here's the routine I came up with. It may seem like a lot, but I eat a ton and I do use aas, so I dont think I will be over training, but please comment if you think its just way too much or even too little.

My chest and back grow easily, but im really trying to improve on shoulder width/arms/and calves.

Here's what i came up with-

Mon-Back/rear delts/biceps + Cardio (20-30min at 140bpm)

Tue-Quads/glutes/calves

Wed-OFF (maybe some abs)

Thur-Delts/triceps + Cardio (20-30min at 140bpm)

Fri-Hams/Biceps/calves/traps

Sat-OFF

Sun-Chest/tri/side delts + Cardio (20-30min at 140bpm)

Look ok? Anything look way out of the norm?

Last question--On the days that I'll do cardio +weights, I can either do weights at 12pm and cardio late at night, or vice versa. With muscle growth being first priority, would it be better to do the cardio at 12pm and the weights around 8pm, or better to do the weights at 12pm and the cardio later at night?
