Feeling very flat, need carb up advice

controlling carb intake for the Ihulk has proven to be the most dramtic difference when it comes to body composition and symmetry. Going into Ketosis for extended periods (over 7 days) is just plain stupid. As a BB, you need carbs. Plus lets face it they taste so fucken good. On sundays I carb up to 600 to 700 grams of carbs and it feels absolutley amazing, plus it allows for a nice cheat day, not cheat meal, cheat day. Mon-Fri carb deplete and its working amazing. Saturday all depends on what I got planned. Try it and youshould never be tired, never too hungry and n ever too full. All the down to under 7% bf.

I don't know if you have ever competed, but carbing up for a show is the best shit that's ever happened to a pre-contest bb'er. You are totally flat and exhausted and then all of the sudden you are crushing carbs like crazy and all is well in the world, especially when you get up in the middle of the night and look like a different person.
