controlling carb intake for the Ihulk has proven to be the most dramtic difference when it comes to body composition and symmetry. Going into Ketosis for extended periods (over 7 days) is just plain stupid. As a BB, you need carbs. Plus lets face it they taste so fucken good. On sundays I carb up to 600 to 700 grams of carbs and it feels absolutley amazing, plus it allows for a nice cheat day, not cheat meal, cheat day. Mon-Fri carb deplete and its working amazing. Saturday all depends on what I got planned. Try it and youshould never be tired, never too hungry and n ever too full. All the down to under 7% bf.
