feeling great!!!!

yeah now that i look back im thinking i could have been hormone deficient or something. I really think this is how i should feel!!! this appetite is out of control too, i mean i eat every 2 hours and its good stuff. i look at potatoe chips and cookies and it almost makes me hurl. before i couldnt force myself to eat half of what im eating now. LOL. trust me its VERY VERY clean. check it out:

5:30

1 cup oatmeal
protein shake

300 calories
40g protein

6:00 workout till 7:00 sometimes 7:30

maldextorin/protein shake

700 calories
40grams protein

9:00

turkey sandwidch on whole wheat
1 cup of cottage cheese

300 calories
24g protein

11:30 lunch

1 hole boneless chicken breast baked in butter w/flavorings
2 cups cottage cheese
1 cup string beans

600 calories
50g protein

2:00

turkey sandwidch on whole wheat
1 cup of cottage cheese

300 calories
24g protein

5:00 dinner (my favorite)

1 ribeye steak (or whatever she cooks....hehe)
2 cups cottage cheese
1 baked potatoe

800 calories
60g protein

7:00

1 cup oatmeal
protein shake

300 calories
40g protein

9:00 bed

damn i eat alot!!! didnt even realize it until i just wrote it down! this wasnt planned diet its just what my body wants and it tells me by feeling good. im loving it.

I like that meal plan - I may use that as a model and throw in some sweet potatos and brown rice ... I also saved one of radars meal plan posts and it is amazing!! K for you too

man i love cottage cheese, and yes its not nice on the tummy but i love it!!!!
