Hi Have an epic shake every morning.
crushed oats 100g
semolina 50g
protein 1 1/2 scoops
Skim milk 300ml
creatine 1tsp
caramel 15ml
peanut butter 1tbsp
flax seed oil 10ml
banana 1whole
2 ice cubes
I can't remember off the top of my head but this equates to something around 1100 calories
when I take this every morning on my bulkers sometimes after my workout also you pump right up and your body becomes so much fuller (I eat 4900cals a day)
