As the title says.....
I'll list mine first.
3-cups spinach
2-heeping tablespoons of all natural peanut butter
1- banana
2-cups of ice
1-cup of skim milk(or whatever you like)
1-scoop of protein power of your choice
This shake tastes amazing and makes about 2 glasses. Great for having one in the morning and saving the other for lunch or after a workout.
