That's kinda what I've been doing and it just hasn't been working thanks though I'm sure it's easier for others but my body is diff
 
Dumb bells have always worked best for me on an incline press. I get a much more focused motion and squeeze in the pecs. Not too much of an angle though. Like 30 degrees from parallel to the floor.

I hate barbell incline press. I use barbell only ever on a flat motion. I also do dumb bell flat press too. I switch between dumbbells and barbell every 6 to 8 weeks.
 
+1 on the dumb bells. Get a much better stretch at the bottom and press up and in like a sort of fly motion - with the squeeze at the end - and don't lockout.

I used to never be able to make my chest sore without doing flyes and now I don't even do flyes any more.

Lately I've been watching people who I think have an impressive physique and seeing what they do, and asking them questions.
 
Yeah I've been trying db press to. and I think I might try an go a little lighter and try and squeeze the upper part more vs press heavy weight
