In the past I've experimented with Ketogenic diets and training schedules discussed in Lyle McDonalds well renowned "The Ketogenic diet", and then incorporated different substances in order to record their individual effects in regards to fat loss.
I've designed a yet other "Fat loss" schedule incorporating a number of variables.
Day 1 starts today with body compositions as follows:
Wgt: 170lbs
Hgt: 5'7''
body fat % 16
