Meal 1:
3 egg whites 1 egg yolk
1/2 cup of granola + water prepared
1 banana
1 cup of orange juice
Meal 2:
Greek Salad ( 1 cup )
Meal 3:
Tuna Sandwhich open faced with fat free mayo lettuce, and whole wheat bread
cup of fruit salad
WORKOUT
Meal 4:
PWOSHAKE
2 scoops of ISOPURE 0CARB, 1/2cup of frozen peaches 1/2cup of frozen strawberries + ice.
Meal 5:
Chicken breast 1
Brown rice ( 1/2 cup prepared with water )
Veggies mixed ( 1 cup )
Meal 6:
2spoons of natty peanut butter
1 Cup of low fat cottage cheese.
