@MUSTANG_18 its on the cards mate. Few more weeks of this cut/deficit then ill stabilise into a maintenance phase for a bit which i guess will be the end of this log, then it will be lean gains time 💪🏼 and a new log some exciting changes.
Looking forward to what you got cooking up for the future.

Good session even with the increased RPE, no noticeable change in pain. Didnt think of what impact leg press may have had on the testies until I started 🤣 i managed fine
Strange how you can get a mad arm pump while doing legs
