Approved Log Fat Loss and Recovery Journey

I want to go up on everything but currently the program from the exercise physiologist has me training at a RPE of 3. Once we finish the rehab movements and work out that training isn't aggravating my neck ( which i know it isn't but insurance company is involved for the injuries) ill go back to strength and a lean growth phase and get back in track.

Increase in calories yesterday must have needed it, overall for the week im still on track for the deficit
