Okay I just can't seem to get my shit together. I have cheated on my diet for so many days, that my cheats have become my diet. Anyone have any good tips on getting back to a lower carb higher protein diet after cheating for a week of so on sugar......:bawling: :bawling:

plan what you are gonna eat out the night before, thats what i do and it helps

also stick to a diet you can do. If you find low carb too difficult don't do it, i dont think i can live without carbs especially with my training nor do i think athletes and people who train should really go too low carb but moderate their carb intakes

Ultimately it is cals in vs cals out. Carbs aren't your enemy. They can be, if eaten incorrectly (high GI with fats), but in general, they can help you especially in replenishing muscle glycogen after a stenuous workout

Like mentioned, plan your meals in advance and stop listening to Romo17, he's currupting your mind :p

Good idea guys. I recently lost weight and have done grea in the gym. I tired to do the diet that Mr.X (whom I love) gave me and it is just to much protein. I need to find something that works into my lifestyle a little better these days. I just don'y want to gain back the 35 pounds I lost!

Okay I'm going to plan out my meals in advance..thanks soo much!

That might be the case...but i like the little sports freak!:p

are you writing everything down? I find when I do it really makes me watch what I eat bc even though Ill enjoy junk when I eat it when i actually have to log it into my food journal Im kicking myself in the ass for eating it in the first place and I quickly get out of bad eating habits.

maybe go to moderate carbs throughout the day and cut them out after 4 or so, with the exception of veggies.

just a thought...

it's in managing blood sugar levels, no need to severely restrict your carbs, eat them moderately as nonerz stated, just make good quality choices like oats, sweet potato, yams as opposed to refined stuff, white flours, breads and sugars

what kind of diet did you previously follow?

tell you what maybe we can help you with a new diet and im sure that alone will be good motivation to eat well, also if u set small goals :)

Well it was mainly low carb, but I ate non-fat dairy and some fruit. I just got to point to where it won't work anymore even if I follow it to a t. So I tried Mr. X's advice and it worked, but I can't eat that much protein. It was like 200gr. a day
