estrogens role in bodyfat/is prednisone making me fat?

2 questions. got put on prednisone for acne, weight has shot up since then. heard it was famous for giving you a round fat face and gut.

also been trying to straighten my hormones out and even when I had high test me e2 was high and I was probably in the high teens bodyfat, how big of a role does estrogen play in bodyfat?


Im pretty disgusted with my physique and the pisser is Im alot more disciplined now than I was when I was lean. My diet isnt great but its better than alot of guys who are leaner than me, is the meds and hormones fucking me? Sometimes I wonder if I am pissing in the wind in the gym
