I love them and never get tired of omelettes. 5 whole organic eggs, with heaps of organic baby spinach, a sun dried tomato or 2, some onions, and maybe a few hot peppers... all cooked in Extra Virgin Olive Oil.... Works for me!
i mix in oatmeal sometimes when i scramble them,other times i do sunny side up, sometimes i put bacon in them,sometime i just add ketchup to it to vary it
Drink them raw...seriously. Put the eggs in the blender with some protein and some peanut butter and blend it up. You would never guess you were drinking raw eggs, seriously. I have been doing this for about 5 years (at least 12 eggs a day) and never have gotten sick. Im 6'3 285 10%bf so its workin just fine with me.
