Regular eggs and egg whites are amazing there all i have been eating for a year now and im the leanest iv ever been in my life. Is it okay to just eat regular eggs and egg whites only i mean you get the fat and its healthy fat and all the calories are healthy becasue they are all necessary calories to live. I was thinking im gotta stick with only eating eggs with the yolk and egg whites and hard boiled eggs only what do you think and no other foods . My goal is basically to lose all the fat i have to get around 6 percent body fat.

weight = 160lbs
body fat = 11 percent
heaight = 5'11
