Eggs are magic love them

Regular eggs and egg whites are amazing there all i have been eating for a year now and im the leanest iv ever been in my life. Is it okay to just eat regular eggs and egg whites only i mean you get the fat and its healthy fat and all the calories are healthy becasue they are all necessary calories to live. I was thinking im gotta stick with only eating eggs with the yolk and egg whites and hard boiled eggs only what do you think and no other foods . My goal is basically to lose all the fat i have to get around 6 percent body fat.

Stats:
weight = 160lbs
body fat = 11 percent
heaight = 5'11

My goal:
weight = 145
body fat = 6 percent
heaight = 5'11
 
Some greens on a reg an ur going to need some carbs... U know I don't think that's a great idea I love eggs too n can eat 5 dozen a week but seriously a lil red meat chicken tuna... Y limit to jus eggs???
 
well my idea by keeping carbs down low is i will lose the tiny bit of fat around my obliques that i have quicker With my 5 too 10 miles of cardio i do a day and my fat and carbs low i will reach my goals fast.
Also i havent had meat in over a year well actually iv had chicken like once a month so thats a lie. What do you think would be a good number based upon my goals and my stats for carbs and fat intake. calories i was thinking i would keep it below 1800 but lately iv been only getting 1100 in me.
 
Dont eat just eggs you can develop a food allergy to them(or anything if u eat it everysingle day sometimes) and ive heard other things about macronutes not being absorbed etc etc but dont quote me on the last part the first one i know is positive bro

Interesting. Where did you get your info from? I didn't know regular consumption of eggs can cause a food allergy.
 
Eggs are freakin amazing. If you really want to be hardcore, try buying an organic brand, and have them raw. The nutrition content is superior to that of a cooked egg. I know you're worried about salmonella, but the odds of you getting it are less than 1 in 30,000 (I read them from Dr. Mercola's research).

If you can't stand the taste, just mix them into a shake.

That's the old school way of having eggs. Surely is the fastest way of getting the most egg's in the diet.
 
Had over a dozen today... 3 diff meals
3 egg whites 2 whole eggs 1 cap of olive oil scrambled
2 corny tortillas
2 taespooms of green home made salsa

Bomb ass tacos!!! It's a shame u can't eat like this at restuarants out on the go, so cheap and good for you
