I'm on a cutting diet, trying to get my body fat down. Are egg substitutes (specifically, Egg Beaters) ok to eat instead of real eggs/egg whites, or do those have chemicals and other crap in them that should be avoided? As far as real eggs go, I'm ok with eating whites and have been (my normal breakfast is 4-5 egg whites and either 1/4 cup oatmeal or 2 tbsp Cream of Wheat), however, egg yolks make me sick to my stomach and I've never been able to eat them.
