400 + grams protein calories , who knows ? lots of steak & chicken / tons of horrible tasting protein shakes oh yeah also once a week trip to a buffet where i load up on sushi I am 5'8" 230 lbs and have just changed from power lifting to body building and coming along well
Been eating 4500-5200 cals a day with 300g of prot, making excellent gains. I noticed if I lower my eating to 3500-4000 I won't gain nothing. Tough because eating so much is hard. complaning.
