I was going for a nice PR in dealifts today and I got 6inches off the ground but i felt myself arch my back and I knew i was doing it improperly so I just ddropped the bar.... So close to 475lbs... The reason I'm so angry is because I'm doing this all naturally and getting great results. Next week I'm gonna try singles, because this week I did 4 reps
135lbs for 6 wamr up
225 for 4 warming up
315 for 4 very light
405 for 4 not too bad last one was a little tough
