Drink your milk if you are so adamant about it. You're waiting until you hear what you want to hear, and you ain't gonna hear it here! Mr. X said it sucks, I know it sucks, but do what you wish brutha, to each his own.
I'll accept the fact that milk doesn't fit into a cutting diet, but I would like some further info to help understand why.
"Basically, the milk sugar will raise your blood sugar while the dairy in general will bloat you - most people have some type of an allergy to a form of dairy."
Bloating is temorary, correct? Why can't you eat dairy up until...say..the last week or two of your cutting cycle? Also....if sticking only to a moderatly low carb diet, would the 24 carbs from low fat cottage cheese that accompany the 52 grams of protien be any different than other carbs?

I drink tons of milk. Only skin (no fat) and I drink about 3.5 - 4.5 glasses a day. My brothers drink the regular milk but after being on skim for so long it tastes like cream.
Hood Carb Countdown... do a search for it. Tastes badass, it's sweetened with sucralose. 8oz of the chocolate flavor has 12g protein, 4.5g fat, 2g net carbs.
I believe the weight loss touted by the dairy council is from the calcium not the milk per se. That being said, I get massive amounts of calcium and magnesium from my milk protein isolate without the lactose and fat. I'm one of the unlucky caucasians with a mild case of lactose intolerance.
