Ive been doing some reading on this, and it seems too good to be true. They talk about having very few "digestable carbs" and "protected carbs". Can anyone shed some light on this for me, has anyone tried this, would this be okay on a low carb diet? The ads also say it has a GI of only 13 and only 5 "digestable carbs" per serving?
