Stick to what you're doing (exercises) you may not see the results straight away but in time you will.
I went on a Gym programme for about two months and didnt see any results so I basically quit. About two or three months after I had quit I started noticing that my muscles were becoming more and more defined. When I look back, if I had just stuck to what I was doing, by now Id be in perfect condition, but Im back to square one.
