Does cinnamon have calories?

There's nothing on the little bottle. I'm guessing because of this that it doesn't, but my rule of thumb is if it's not man made and tastes good, it's probably loaded with cals. I've been adding about 1/2 tsb to my oats twice a morning.

Taken from Calorie king

4 calories per 1 gram of cinnamon

I always thought that anything less than 5 calories, unless specifically noted on the package, will be rounded down to 0?

For instance, 3 calories becomes 0, and 27 calories becomes 30.

Eitherway, if 4 calories per meal is a lot, could you explain? I'm curious.

its generally considered a free food. you won't want to put that much to where it affects your overall bodymass.....unless its added into a Cinnabon!

thanks everyone. i think it's just like my crystal light, it's so little that i don't take it into account in my daily cals. an extra 10 cals here, 5 there, ehh...
