whenever I finish a really heavy set I sneeze uncontrollably 5 or 6 time. It's really annoying. Anyone have an idea as to why?

Sound like you are using two much caulck doing yo workouts and creating a cloud really no idea.

I got the yawns pretty bad... I now drink a serving of "Energy Feul"... pretty much glorafied cool-aid, with 1 effy an hour before training... never yawned since...
