Sometmes whn i go t the gym i begin my workout and i find myself yawning for no reason Im not tired i at all i had this problem for years somedays worse than others It only happens whe i train in the first 30min
this never happens to me. i get in such a mind set when i go to the gym that i could drop a 100lb dumbbell on my foot and i wouldn't even notice. once when doing incline fly's with 100's i dropped the dumbbells after my set and one landed on my foot. i didn't think much of it until i got home. i took of my lifting boots and there was blood everywhere! half my toenail had come off! i guess i should be more aware of my surroundings while in the gym. on second thought, maybe not, that would fuck up my workout!
