It's fun sometimes. Try it with your girl/boy. Buy them a toy and leave it in the box and tell them you plan to use it on them Wednesday night at 6:15. Something that will turn them on but also push their boundrys a bit. or plan a dirty weekend or night, and tell them. Hi honey how was your day at work, Oh and by the way I've booked us a room at xxx hotel for the night next Thursday. etc etc etc The anticipation can be great.

For me, i do have a secdual.... I never like having sex on sundays and i have a certain time that i like to be in bed everynight so i never have sex past 10:30
