#1 Ex thinks I'm a drug dealer, and for some reason joined a gang plus that I slept with her mom

#2 Ex gets along with me but when she saw that I have a gf now she bugged out and yelled at me. About a month later she tryed to sleep with me. She calls every once and a while, but shit hit the fan when she left a message saying she wante me to have sex with her for her birthday. I asked my gf to see if any messages were left and low and behold this shit came up, needless to say she wasn't to happy.

3# Ex and I talk a lot on IM and a few emails, but not may phone calls. But we are still friends...

Phatchik, The last sentence of your post is exactly why I do not remain friends with an ex. It's just a matter of time before one of you gets involved with another and for me i'd prefer not to know about it. It sux but so does life sometimes. It's hard to move on after loving someone, but everything happens for a reason. There is someone more suited for you out there and your lucky that you didn't end up w/that person because it obviously wasn't meant to be. I know its hard but staying tied to that situation is only going to hurt later. I respect a woman who doesn't have ex's calling and hanging on. I would feel disrespected if an ex called my girl, just doesn't sit well w/me. Good Luck.

I think sometimes you can get involved with someone, and then you know it was a mistake. There is no romantic chemistry. I have an ex like that. We never should have tried anything romantic. Now, I want him to be happy. That means with someone else. I still consider him a friend and will be his support. I guess it's just me. Although, I can totally understand what you mean about the exes. Personally, it can totally piss me off when an ex just can't let go. I can still get jealous wondering if there is still a chance that he wants her back. I just found out that this one guy has decided that his ex is really his soulmate and is going to try to win her back.

Yes, I know it's a contradiction what I just typed. It's a no win situation unfortunately. I suppose you just have to decide what is best in each particular situation.
