Last night's leg workout didn't happen. During my warm up my left knee started to swell... with no pain. Since I wasn't sure why (at the time) I decided play it safe and not lift. I did a lot of walking during the day Monday, with shoes not exactly great for walking in... almost positive that's what did it. Since there is no pain, swelling or weakness today I'm not worried. Tonight is back night. KILL THAT SHIT!
