Week 6 isn't worth posting. I had one workout the entire week and it was not post worthy. We'll just call it WEAK.
Tonight's legs went VERY well. Squats didn't change, but felt good. Deads went up 20lbs and burned... I LOVE it! I was pumped after that so I decided to punish myself for last week... walking lunges along the back wall of the gym.
HOLY SHIT! Punishment is the only way to put it. On the last step of the last set my legs gave out on me, almost. I couldn't flop to the floor.. I had eyes watching. LOL, damn teenagers. You'd think they'd never seen someone do lunges before.
