I've been tweaking my workouts and i've started to think that my shoulders, tris, bis need less rest than the bigger muscle groups. I suppose that makes sense really. So i'm going to start doing chest, back, legs once a week and the other 3 groups twice.
Anyone else find the same thing with the amount of time different sized muscle groups need to recover?
