Different muscles needing different amounts of time to recover?

I've been tweaking my workouts and i've started to think that my shoulders, tris, bis need less rest than the bigger muscle groups. I suppose that makes sense really. So i'm going to start doing chest, back, legs once a week and the other 3 groups twice.

Anyone else find the same thing with the amount of time different sized muscle groups need to recover?
 
The more fast twitch fibers/white fibers in a muscle group the longer the recovery.

ie Hamstrings take a long time to reover, mostly fast twitch. I've had DOMS that last a whole week in my hams!!!
