diff. brands of r-ala

ive been taking r-ala as far back as i can remember from the af store..i was wanting to know if other r-alas are similar in what they do? ive seen several advertised..just wanting to know the diff. if there are any.. or is it just basicly the ingrediants..

Basically the ingredients...Glucorell is the only one I know that incorporated biotin in it...

I use the R-Ala from mike, pretty inexpensive and seems to be really good in my oppinion. I would definitely order off the internet as prices in most major stores are off the charts for ALA, so I can i magine R-ALA

I remember lab tests showing Mike's rALA to be horribly underdosed.
