I definitely didn't say fruit juice.

I like pairing a piece of fruit (Banana) with a even quicker acting carb like Dextrose post-workout. Dextrose is just a sugar, you can by it at any wine shop for cheap.

Carb cycling is when have a nutrition program that the carb amounts are changed day to day. There is many different ways of programing it...

im 18 percent, starting to cut, figuring out now what i'm currently eating per day and trying to adjust it accordingly. goal is 10 percent
 
Im thinking about dropping the protein shakes down to one a day.(PW shake only)I've also moved my training time to in the morning. My meals go like this as of now on due to my work schedule:

Meal 1 6 egg whites,1 yolk, 1 cup oats

Meal 2 PW shake

Meal 3 8oz chicken breast,10 oz sweet potato,1 cup veggies

Meal 4 6 egg whites, 4oz of ground turkey

Meal 5 8oz chicken breast, 2 cups veggies, 2cups salad greens

Meal 6 1 cup low sodium cottage cheese, 7 salmon oil caps

Totals 2558cals 61fat 201carbs 296protein on training days
