Agreed! That diet looks like its going to do more harm than good. Bagels? Bread rolls? DITCH THEM!!! Keep to real food as often as possible. And avoid all processed crap.
I agree - when I do my carb rotation I keep my total cals the same but replace the carbs I pull out w/ the same number of cals in fats. Fats are necessary in your diet but will also slow down metabolism after a fat meal so you won't get hungry so fast again. Also all those processed carbs are going to metabolize faster - that's probably the hunger you are feelign at 90 minutes since eating.
