Hello all , so I've never really had a proper diet but I have been training for about a little more then a year now .
I am 19 years old , 5"10 and 170pounds
I want to get to about 185 by June if that's possible , here is my diet as of the past week
Upon waking up I take a protein shake (muscle milk 2 scoops )
Meal one
6 eggs
2 slices of whole wheat bread
Handful of almonds
Meal two
2 cups of yogurt
1 cup of oats
( sometimes another shake )
Meal three
2 chicken breast
1-2 cups of brown rice
Peanut butter on bread
Workout
Meal 4 ( after workout )
2 scoops of protein
1 can of tuna
1 chicken breast
Meal 5 (varies between)
Pasta with salmon
2 pork chops with brown rice
Meal 6 (before bed)
2 scoops of protein
1 cup of brown rice
Peanut butter on whole wheat
Please critique anything I should add or take away . Thanks all for the help !
