Alright, here will be my diet for the next 2 months. Trying to gain about 5 lbs and shed bodyfat.

MRP(with flax), oatmeal

***Workout***

Creatglutamine cocktale with dextrose, MRP

2 chicken breasts, baked potatoe, vegetables

Chinese chicken and brocolie

MRP(with flax), apple

Sleep

There is about 200 grams of protein here along with a small amount of carbs. Simple carbs only after workout. Fast burning carbs before i go to bed. I also will be taking the following supplements:

multi
eca preworkout

Do you think i have enough calories in this diet to build? I am very conservative when it comes ot carbs because they tend to put bf on me.

Just to add my stats are 5'6, 140. About 9% bf. I will also be drinking about 3/4 gallon of water day. I want to avoid cardio because i feel it slows my gains.
I will be working out on a 5-2 split utilizing the HIT method.
 
depending on what MRP it is(how many cals?) it might or might not be enough to grow. I think your on target with the amount of protein.

What time is your last meal? If its quite late then Id drop the fruit.

What are the times of your meals?
What are the stat's (Cal,Pro,Carb's and Fat) of your MRP shakes?
How low do you want your B/F% to be?
 
ain't nothing wrong with some chicken brocoli. ALso, i'm 18, at about 10% bf, my calorie intake should be around 2500. Fats around 30, carbs moderatly low, and protein about 200.
I ewat an apple at night becaue it contains the fastest burning sugars of the fruits and i want my MRP to have more sustained release thorughout the night.

Are you on a 50/30/20 diet?

If your Cal's are 2500 and your on the 50/30/20 diet your Pro should be about 312g aday. Your Carb's should be about 187.5 aday and your Fat should be about 55g aday.

You want to make sure your body is getting all the stuff it needs because if it's not, your body will store the fat and go for muscle tissue.
