Alright, here will be my diet for the next 2 months. Trying to gain about 5 lbs and shed bodyfat.
MRP(with flax), oatmeal
***Workout***
Creatglutamine cocktale with dextrose, MRP
2 chicken breasts, baked potatoe, vegetables
Chinese chicken and brocolie
MRP(with flax), apple
Sleep
There is about 200 grams of protein here along with a small amount of carbs. Simple carbs only after workout. Fast burning carbs before i go to bed. I also will be taking the following supplements:

eca preworkout
Do you think i have enough calories in this diet to build? I am very conservative when it comes ot carbs because they tend to put bf on me.
