So I've completely changed my eating habits and changed other bad habits like smoking and drinking.
Lately I've been feeling tired and kind of light headed not to sure why.
Here is a break down of my meals.
(im just starting off so this is only week 4 of the diet)
Breakfast: 5 egg whites, yogurt with flax seed mixed in, and a carnation breakfast drink, and a banana.
Lunch: Salad with either chicken, salmon, or tuna.
Dinner: 2 chicken breasts and whatever green veggies i have. Usually broccoli, or asparagus.
I drink about 5, 1.5litter bottles of water a day. I just got some of that igf-1 spray and only have been using it for about 3 days now. I snack on random healthy shit here and there.
Ill have a protein shake after the gym and drink cellucor c4 extreme prior to working out.
Can anyone tell me if my light headedness and tiredness is because of all these changes ive made?
