DIET and hormone profile/health.

They say the keto diet boots test(cholesterol,sat&monounsat fats, and protein).
Carbs and sugar are limited. Though carbs/sugar before or after workout and in the morning is alright(moderately).

Meanwhile eating a lots of carbs and fiber decreases test(low fat and protein)

I went on a fruit/veggie diet(low fat&protein) for 2 days and felt less aggressive and horny. My liver values aren't normal and I want to cleanse my body. So I'm thinking of doing the keto/timed carb diet for 5 days out of week and the fruit/veggie diet for 2 days.

keto diet days:
4 raw egs
red meat
coconut milk
olive oil'
chicken w/skin
veggies and salad
nuts

fruit veggie days: (no meat or dairy)
juiced>>beets, celery, apples, carrots
whole apples
oatmeal
salads
any fruit or veggie....
avocados


supps: lechithin, vit. C
thinking of: milk thisle, vit. E, herbal tea's

Who does has tried a variety of diets and noticed different results???
 
Certain veggies in fact increase test by suppressing estrogen (e.g., cruciferous veggies such as brocolli, cabbage)

Why would fibre decrease test?

Also, do you think some of what you have noticed is pshychological. I mean your hormone levels are not going to plumit it in 2 days of veggies/fruit? Perhaps you were eating too few calories, felt tired, and therefore felt less aggressive and horney?
 
so your gonna be one of the 90% who will die of ANGINA clogged arteries because of dr. quack atkins "eat red meat and chicken skin" diet, right?

ketosis is the dumbest thing i've heard of. Nothing natural about it.
