Looking for advice on how to adjust my diet/workout while on a cycle
I'm planning on a first cycle of 250mg/week test ent and cycling in clen - got my PCT all in line as well. The goal is to drop some bodyfat and add lbm.
RIght now I'm on a 5x5 workout program with 3 1hour cardio sessions a week.
My diet is clean, high protein, 5 meals a day. About 2500cal/day
Any tweaks I need to make? Should I be lifting more often? Increasing my calories?
