Diet and Exercise on cycle

Looking for advice on how to adjust my diet/workout while on a cycle

I'm planning on a first cycle of 250mg/week test ent and cycling in clen - got my PCT all in line as well. The goal is to drop some bodyfat and add lbm.

RIght now I'm on a 5x5 workout program with 3 1hour cardio sessions a week.

My diet is clean, high protein, 5 meals a day. About 2500cal/day

Any tweaks I need to make? Should I be lifting more often? Increasing my calories?

I would think it's going to be hard to add any muscle with the calories that low and with Clen and 3 hours of cardio...What's more important to you? Gaining muscle or loosing the fat.?

I'd say getting down to 10-12% bf is my number 1 priority. Adding muscle is secondary - but still a wanted result.

Try losing the fat naturally first. Once you've reached your goal, go on a bulk of 500 mg Test/week for 12 weeks. During that time up your cals to about 4000 for the first 8 weeks, then 5000 for the last 4. During the bulk, cut the cardio to one session a day, mainly used for health purposes.
