diet advice for female friend

I guess you have no clue who i am since i dont post too much, but always read your posts and other posts on the board. I have a friend that requires some assistance with her diet. Her current stats are:
5’7”
185lb
21 y/o female

She wants to ultimately loose 50lbs but i told her that we have to be alittle realistic and to loose that much will take quite a bit of work, and will not happen in a few weeks. She is quite dedicated, has joined a GYM and is doing 1/2 cardio about 5-6 times per week and an additional 30mins of other aerbic exercises. I personally have designed this diet for her, however i need your input. I know more on dieting for the males but not much knowlege for how to go about it in the case of females. Hope you can help her out and any input is MUCH appricaited.


5:30am
 1 egg, 4 egg whites
 2 pc flax bread toasted

6:00-7:00am
 30 min cardio
 30 min core training (squats, planks, etc)

8:30-9:00am
 Slimfast Optima Pre-made Strawberry Shake Meal Replacement (has on hand)
 1 or 2 fruits

12:00-12:30pm
 1 small boneless skinless chicken breast
 ½ cup Presidents Choice Texmatic Royal Blend rice

3:30mp
 1 Sillhouette strawberry yogurt

7:30-8:00pm
 ½ steak
 unlimited veggies
 
Hmmmmm, right now I wouldn't go below 10x her weight in calories which now is 1800 cals and it doesn't look like she's eating enough.....

Any weight workouts??
