I must say that Kickboxing is great for many reasons. It gets you ripped, burns a ton of calories b/c it's a total body workout. The bonus is that you get some aggression out! It's all about knowing that you deserve to look and feel good. Taking the time to workout will make you feel better b/c you are sending a message to yourself that you are worth that time and energy. Not to mention the release of endorphins will help the depression.
