Deli meat???? good or bad?????

I have recently started buying about 2 pounds of sliced turkey and chicken every week to eat throughtout the day at work and even put some on some whole grain wheat for fiber and such, do any of you guys eat alot of deli meat for protein and have you found it as a good source or alternative to protein shakes and bars????? not the pre packaged crap the stuff you get sliced
 
Try to stay away from deli meats (too much sodium) and stick to non processed foods.Protein sources should come from chicken,fish,tuns ,lean beef ,eggs and protein supplements etc.
 
if i say eat deli meat EX:turkey meat or something and the sodium should i care about it cause i just wanna loose lower stomach i dont really care about abs.........but if i drink mad water wont worry about SODIUM
 
too much salt. buy chicken breasts of a turkey and cook them on sunday that way you will have it for the whole week.
