Deadlifts?

i do everything hardcore. i deadlift buses. i do powerlifting because that's how much i love lifting. i am all natural too, i don't even take vitamins. i make a lot of money, infact i make so much money i burn money in my fireplace just for the heck of hit, and i have a big dick. i also have perfect the face and body but i don't do it to get women. i do it just for me. i also have an IQ well above 200. o yeah, everybody likes me because i'm mr. personality. i'm so perfect that i have to make small errors because i don't want to get anybody suspicious and figure out that i'm godly and i'm going to live forever and the world revolves around me.

yes, although my lower back is starting to dominate my upper back/lats and that doesn't look good........may have to back off and let my upper back catch up othwerwise my torso will look like a tree with no branches.

tell us more!!

About what?

The forearms do not control the strength of the grip...therefore having a stronger forearm would not ade you very much at all in being able to deadlift more without straps.

So what muscles constitute grip strength? The ones in your hands? This is new to me.

I don't know what B-fold is talking about. It's the forearm muscles...Flexor policus longus, flexor digitorum superficialis and flexor digitorum profundus mostly.

The lumbricals and interossei contribute a little bit...but not much.

Can you explain to me how those muscles improve grip strength?

Seriously...

If you want a strong grip...you need to train for hand strength...not forearm strength.
