Deadlifts?

That's more like it. I thought someone had taken over your account and was posting gibberish B Fold.

I'm currently doing light deads every week. I finally started doing them nearly 2 years after my car accidents. I'll save the heavy every-other-week work for after summer.
 
As far as i'm concerned, chins, freewieght tbar rows, bb rows, and hypers can build a great back.

No deads for me....I think im re-iterating myself here lol.
