Weight this AM: 233 - Seems like I am netting about 10lbs per 2 weeks. So I will land around 250-260'ish
Todays workout:
Flat Bench:135x10, 155x5, 175x5, 185x5, 195x3, 205x3, 215x3
Strict Standing OHP:95x5, 115x5, 135x5, 140x5 - shoulder was giving out ont he first set so I hung it up after set #4
Dips:bwx12 - shoulder said No Mas
215x3 was a PR as was 140x5 on OHP - BUT, I am learning that when you train lifts rather than bodyparts it is easier to leave the gym dissapointed. As I type this I realize I am being negative as 2 PR's is a real thing and I need to take notice.
Tomorrow will be a heavy Back Squat day. Will do some tripples and maybe a single or two as 405 is still looming over my head. I need to squat that shit now!
