Obviously, the man who gave you the routine will have final say if he chimes in, but this seems like the better plan to me. If you combine days, Thursday-Friday or Saturday-Friday seem like they'd be better combinations.

Todays workout:

BTN Push Press:Bar x a lot, 65x5, 95x5, 115x5, 135x5, 135x5 - 1st experience w/ these - I deff lack some shoulder flexability and I can already see how this will help
Flat Bench:155x5, 175x5, 185x5x3 - Next week I know to do all 5 at 185 - first time to do 5 straight sets so I was guessing
Incline DB:50x15, 50x14, 50x15 - not sure why I missed #15 on set 2 but I couldn't get it up

Did some tricep stuff as well. Overall it was a decent workout. My traps (especially the left trap) are wicked sore still from Saturday. I had to go pretty slow as a result. I know - I'm :rainbow:

I am done w/ the Dbol. Was supposed to take it all this week but the lower back pumps were getting a tad excessive - I was having a hard time walking around the gym - looked like Herman Munster walking all stiff-legged. I sure do like the strength results - Dbol is a great tool IMO. I was able to fend off the majorit of the bloat by using 2 pumps of AIFM and .25mgs of Ldex daily.
 
Al....sorry I was AWOL for a bit, lol.....My suggestion (unless you NEED certain days off from the gym for personal/family/work reasons) would be to just push everything back a day.

Todays workout:

Back Squat:135x10, 225x5, 225x5, 315x5, 315x5, 365x1 - was supposed to be 5 but there was no way. Lower back was fucked - no more Dbol for me - I need to ramp slower so 185 and 275 are coming back.
Deadlift:225x3, 315x3, 365x3
Decline Situp:bwx20, bwx20, bwx16


Did some bicep stuff as well. Overall it was a terrible workout. I think I am still recovering from my little cold. The squats were a big dissapointment to say the least. I mentally had it owned all day but my lower back was really pumped. I have to say I am looking forward to the Dbol issues being gone . . . . Killed the deads despite my lower back asking me to quit - just anoter 4 minutes between lifts.

I am also thinking I need to go back to 3-4 days a week - 5 may be more than I can recover from. We will see. I hope its just the cold talking.

Weight this AM: 231 ???

No lifting planned today - thank god. I will go spend an hour or so doing some light cardio and stretching. I have lost some range of motion in the past few months and I would like it back.
 
Weight this AM: 233 - Seems like I am netting about 10lbs per 2 weeks. So I will land around 250-260'ish

Todays workout:

Flat Bench:135x10, 155x5, 175x5, 185x5, 195x3, 205x3, 215x3
Strict Standing OHP:95x5, 115x5, 135x5, 140x5 - shoulder was giving out ont he first set so I hung it up after set #4
Dips:bwx12 - shoulder said No Mas


215x3 was a PR as was 140x5 on OHP - BUT, I am learning that when you train lifts rather than bodyparts it is easier to leave the gym dissapointed. As I type this I realize I am being negative as 2 PR's is a real thing and I need to take notice.

Tomorrow will be a heavy Back Squat day. Will do some tripples and maybe a single or two as 405 is still looming over my head. I need to squat that shit now!

I know what you mean 110%... probably why i felt like I wanted to go a little nutty tonight... shit if they didn't close at 9 I would have done more probably, lol :verygood:
