Coming from you I appreciate it all the more bro - I was checking your log out and you are a fucking beast - something for me to shoot for.

Do any of you "never" come off? Like HRT doses or something like that? I am researching taking test year round and introducing different compounds for 8 week stints. Somethig like Test at 500 per week at all times w/ bumps to a gram for 8 weeks and adding say tren or deca for those 8 weeks. Then back down to 500 test and nothing else for 8 weeks - then pick another compound and start over.

OK - so 250 then...like I said I am just begining my research - may be the Test doing my thinking for me at this point as I feel better emotionally than I can ever remember. I really think Test should be given to depressed males instead of Prozac or Effexor -
 
Weight this AM: 221.5

Todays workout:

Front Squat: Bar x a lot, 135x5, 155x5, 175x5, 185x3, 205x3, 225x3, 245x3 - this is only the 3rd time I have ever done these so I am still figuring it out. The last set was very hard.
Pendlay Rows: 95x10, 135x5, 155x5, 175x5, 185x5, 205x5 (barely, but it went up w/ good form - every rep de-weighted on the floor - my lumbar is angry w/ me.
Chins: -100x10, -100x8, -100x6. I am terrible at overhead pulling - not sure why. THis is by far my weakest lift - always has been.

Big thanks to Biggt for the routine suggestions. So far so good.
 
Is that 100lbs strapped you for chins? If so, thats damn impressive for a big guy......I also agree that nothing gives swagger and confidence quite like test, and imo, when not abused, it is probably much safer than all the crap people take for depression and anxiety these days.

Unfortunatly no - it is on an assisted machine - so set 100 lbs.
 
You definitely hit the nail on the head with the depression comment - docs give out SSRIs like candy when they really should be looking for underlying, often hormonal, causes of the depressive symptoms (e.g. low T, adrenal/thyroid dysfunction).
 
lol, T, I thought the same thing about chins. "He's adding 100 pounds and bitching about it being a weak lift?!?!?"...then I noticed the minus sign.

With the quad shots you've posted, you should be putting up some big numbers on fronts once you get comfortable with them. Which grip are you using on them (...and if you say "Manta Ray", I'm giving you red karma. ;))?
