Todays workout:
Front Squat: Bar x a lot, 135x5, 155x5, 175x5, 185x3, 205x3, 225x3, 245x3 - this is only the 3rd time I have ever done these so I am still figuring it out. The last set was very hard.
Pendlay Rows: 95x10, 135x5, 155x5, 175x5, 185x5, 205x5 (barely, but it went up w/ good form - every rep de-weighted on the floor - my lumbar is angry w/ me.
Chins: -100x10, -100x8, -100x6. I am terrible at overhead pulling - not sure why. THis is by far my weakest lift - always has been.
