Workout looks good to me. Not a lot of fluff at all.
FF has stuck w/ me for years. Taking his massive weights off the bar and then loading them back up when I was done doing partial squats. He went through telling me to go deeper on squats and me telling him it hurt my knees, etc. Well look what you created FF - I am turning into an animal
There is a 250lb jacked MoFo at the gym (5'11, 12%bf) - he is gay which is really weird b/c he looks like a FREAK SHOW and then talks like a little girl - no disrespect to him at all, it is just weird to see/hear...........anyway - he approached me today b/c he wanted to tell me how "great my squats looked". I know, I know - I'm gay for taking the compliment!

Thanks T - 365 looks kinda cool. 405 is my bitch next week for at least 2 reps. I had more in me and very little recoop time from Sundays onslaught. I love gear. I love being strong, or getting strong. Looked at the rear delt and they have grown a ton - I am just having a blast. Thanks again for the workout bro. I have a guy locally that is going to work w/ me on BTN PP's this week so I think I will be nailing them w/ proper form (he is an ex-Div1 powerlifter).
