wow that dudes wife weighs 105 and pulls 330 wow----i used to pull sumo then went to conventional to help thicken the back. sumo gives you less thickness in back but more in butt and hips while conv. helps thicken back. if you got lower back problems pull sumo if not pull conv. it also depends on your build
In a "ideal" sumo deadlift, where do the shoulders start? I know the form will vary from persion to person, but generally will the shoulders be right over the bar, behind the bar (with the legs) or in front of the bar?
