Okay, I know that negatives and static holds and such can be a bitch sometimes and to re-rack the weight can be tough. I have no training partner and workout at home. I can't invest in a powerrack or anything really right now...
My question is, can I do the routine WITHOUT one, or is it just too difficult once the weights get big? Should I just stick with the 5x5?
