After a 9 month layoff(horrible Sciatica which I still have) I am back in the gym. I worked out Chest,Back,Bi's,Tri's and Shoulders on Thursday night and damn I feel like I got beat up by a gang of Chewbacca's!! I love being back in the gym, sciatica be damned! I'm gonna hit the treadmill today and do legs tomorrow. I know squats are gonna be painful but maybe it will help my sciatica, who knows....
I am doing the 5x5 method. Funny cause I was doing 150 pds on my flat bench...oh boy! My weights will go back up in time I guess....
