After a few minor set backs I headed off to the gym this week to try 2-3 weeks of deloading and form work. Let me say that slowing down and working on thr greatest amount of ROM and pause in between the positve and negative aspect of each rep sucks. The weight is not even near the weight I would normally use, and I think my joints are thanking me for this
. So for the next few weeks I will try this slower cadence style and try to Increase my muscle size and overall strength, instead of neuromuscular effieciency.
