I really regret not logging this cycle from the beginning
but I wanted to give a quick update as I start week 5 out of my 8 week cycle.
this is a strong cycle, but ive done a few before and its been nothing but positive so far.
I'm running 8 weeks of hdrol at
100/100/125/125/150/150/150/150
8 weeks of LGD-4033 at 10 mg ed
8 weeks of Mk-677 at 25 mg ed
and 5 pumps of RS transaderm ED for 8 weeks.
I started this cycle roughly around 215 lbs, with a 250 bench, 365 squat and 405 dead lift. I've gotten weaker over the last year or so as ive been focusing more on competitive grappling and fighting.
I'm entering the 5th week of my cycle now and am already up to 231 lbs bodyweight in the morning. (i'm sure a good portion of this is water weight)
but my strength is thru the roof so far, I squatted 275 for 20 reps and 405 for 5 reps. I benched my previous 1 rep max for 8 reps and went from pulling 405 to 450.
I'm looking forward to the final few weeks and getting as big and strong as possible.
I plan to of course maintain through PCT and then afterwards begin a slow cut and hopefully be a lean 220-225.
